Wheelchair Rugby
Wheelchair Rugby is a high-contact, dynamic team sport played on a 28m x 15m indoor court. Athletes aim to carry the ball over the opponent’s try line while preventing the same at their end. Players dribble or pass the ball every 10 seconds, forward passes are permitted, and teams have 40 seconds to score after gaining possession. Games consist of four, eight minute quarters and players are classified on a point system according to the degree of their disability/disabilities.
