Blind Football (Soccer)
Blind Football is a dynamic team sport that consists of four outfield players and one goalkeeper. Matches are played on a 40m x 20m pitch bounded by boards on the sidelines. The ball is equipped with rattles to aid players in locating it by sound. Outfield players rely entirely on their sense of sound while the goalkeeper is sighted, or partially sighted, and provides crucial cues to teammates. Players communicate with each other and signal their actions audibly, with spectators maintaining silence to facilitate play.
