Baseball

Baseball, traditionally a male-only sport in the Olympic Games, is a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of nine players each. The objective is to score runs by hitting a thrown ball and running around four bases arranged in a diamond shape. Each game consists of nine innings with teams taking turns batting and fielding. The batting team tries to score runs while the fielding team attempts to prevent runs by getting the batters out.
A baseball player wearing white pants, a red jersey, and black cleats is in the process of fielding a ground ball. The player's gloved hand is positioned low to the ground, just about to catch the baseball, while the player's other hand is placed nearby, ready to secure the ball. The scene takes place on a baseball field with a green turf background and a reddish-brown infield.
